Timothy Kaliban

CEO

Tim joined GreenSky in 2012 as President & Chief Risk Officer. Following the Goldman Sachs sale he now serves the GreenSky enterprise as CEO. Tim’s career spans 35 years in roles focused on the management of lending, compliance, servicing, and product development. Before joining GreenSky, Tim served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Risk and Portfolio Management for TCM Bank, a leading provider of consumer and business credit card services to over 600 banks nationwide. Earlier, Tim directed product management and delivery for the card services division of FIS, which tops the FinTech 100 list of technology providers to financial services companies worldwide. Previously, Tim headed the card services unit of BankNorth, managing credit card, debit card, merchant, ATM, and agent bank services. He also pioneered the electronic delivery of state benefits through debit cards with Tier Technologies. He received his B.A. from Middlebury College and his MBA from Tulane University.

Gerry Benjamin

Vice Chairman & Chief Administrative Officer

Mr. Benjamin serves as the Vice Chairman & Chief Administrative Officer of GreenSky. Prior to joining GreenSky in 2014, Mr. Benjamin served as the Managing Partner of Atlanta Equity Investors, LLC (“AEQ”), a middle market private equity firm. Prior to co-founding AEQ, Mr. Benjamin served as a Managing Director with Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC (NYSE:NCI), where he directed the activities of NCA’s Investment Banking Practice nationally, along with leading the group’s Private Equity advisory activities. Mr. Benjamin has 30 years of investment banking, corporate finance advisory, principal investing and restructuring experience. Prior to joining NCA, Mr. Benjamin was a Senior Managing Director with Casas, Benjamin & White LLC, a nationally recognized restructuring and merger and acquisitions advisory firm. Mr. Benjamin previously served as CEO of a boutique mergers and acquisition advisory firm, and as CEO of Premier Healthcare, Inc., a healthcare services venture management and development firm. In additional to serving as a board member and audit committee chair of numerous publicly traded and private companies, Mr. Benjamin also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Woodward Academy, The University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business & Economics, along with serving as the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta.

Mr. Benjamin is a CPA and attended the University of Kentucky on a full tuition music scholarship, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting (Lexington, 1979), where he was named a Coopers & Lybrand Scholar.

Ritesh Gupta

President & COO

Ritesh is the President and Chief Operating Officer of GreenSky. Joining the company in 2018, his career spans over 20 years in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer-focused technological innovation in financial services across large established and start-up organizations. Prior to GreenSky, Ritesh was Chief Operating Officer at CAN Capital, a FinTech in small business lending where he led sales, operations, and technology development functions. Previously he served as Vice-President of Operations for Capital One Bank and played a variety of leadership roles in card operations, technology, partnerships, and procurement. Early in his career, Ritesh worked at ITC Ltd. India, leading manufacturing operations. Ritesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from I.I.T. Kanpur, India and an MBA from I.I.M. Ahmedabad, India.

Robert Partlow

EVP, Capital Markets

As our Executive Vice President, Capital Markets, Robert Partlow works directly with institutional investors (including asset managers, insurance companies, and retirement funds), and investment bankers, structuring advisors, and the rating agencies in arranging forward flow, whole loan, loan participation, securitization, and bank waterfall funding issuances with an emphasis on optimizing GreenSky’s funding cost efficiency and flexibility. He previously served as GreenSky’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for six years.

Prior to joining GreenSky, Mr. Partlow served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Seneca Mortgage Investment LLP, an investor and servicer in residential mortgage servicing. Previously, Mr. Partlow was Senior Vice President at SunTrust with responsibilities that included managing SunTrust’s mortgage loan portfolio and MSR portfolio. Before joining SunTrust, Mr. Partlow was CFO for Fieldstone Investment Corporation, a NYSE Traded REIT that originated and invested in residential mortgages where he established the REIT’s securitization program and led the REIT’s IPO. Previously, Mr. Partlow was Executive Vice President & CFO for Saxon Capital, Inc., a NYSE traded originator, servicer, and investor in residential mortgage loans where he managed the Accounting, Finance and Capital Markets functions and managed the company’s IPO. Earlier, Mr. Partlow worked at KPMG as a Senior Tax Consultant and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as an Assistant Bank Examiner.

Mr. Partlow received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Virginia.

Chris Forshay

President, Home Improvement & Specialty Retail

Mr. Forshay joined GreenSky in 2016 and is responsible for GreenSky’s Home Improvement and Retail business units. Mr. Forshay brings over 16 years of high growth sales leadership experience from across the technology space. Prior to joining GreenSky, he built sales for Reach150, a leader in referral management, where he accelerated Sales by 10x in 6 quarters. Before Reach150, Mr. Forshay spent the first 15 years of his career at Dell and Lenovo where he led multi-billion dollar organizations across the technology stack, and was responsible for post-merger integration efforts for key acquisitions. Mr. Forshay is a two time graduate of the University of Virginia earning his BA in Economics and Government and later his MBA from the Darden School of Business.

Dennis Kelly

President, GreenSky Patient Solutions

Mr. Kelly is an experienced healthcare executive whose career spans over 37 years in healthcare devices and services.

Prior to launching GreenSky’s expansion into healthcare consumer financing in 2015, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CarePoint Health, a privately held integrated delivery network of three acute care hospitals and two multi-specialty physician practices with over 450 physicians. Previously, Mr. Kelly was President and CEO of NewHope Bariatrics, an ambulatory surgery center company that partnered with surgeons primarily focused on weight loss surgical procedures.

Mr. Kelly received his RT.R. from the University of Utah and his Bachelor of Science from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT.

Anne Byrd

Enterprise Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Byrd is GreenSky’s Enterprise Chief Operating Officer, accountable for enterprise operations and aspects of enterprise risk. Dr. Byrd has more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in lending institutions (SallieMae and CapitalOne), legal services companies (LeClairRyan and UnitedLex), and financial technology companies (Currency Capital being the most recent). Dr. Byrd applies those experiences to advancing the human capital and business infrastructures underpinning GreenSky’s day-to-day portfolio servicing operations and growth.

As a non-traditional student, Dr. Byrd opted out of undergraduate coursework and earned an MBA from George Mason University, an MA in Human and Organizational Systems and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Byrd earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and spent ten years as an adjunct professor teaching graduate and undergraduate business school courses at the University of Mary Washington. Dr. Byrd also consults with Members of the U.S. House of Representatives on organizational and office leadership issues.

Jerry Bartlett

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Bartlett is responsible for all technology and product-related functions. This includes software engineering, infrastructure, technology operations, information security, product development and the PMO. He has deep experience leading large, complex global product development and IT organizations at TD Ameritrade and First Data as well as smaller, nimble entrepreneurial teams at SecureNet Payments/Worldpay and Hyperwallet. As Chief Technology Officer and Head of Global Operations at Hyperwallet, Mr. Bartlett led all technology and operational functions with responsibilities that included development, product management, architecture, physical & information security, infrastructure & operations, facilities, call center operations, payment operations and client care. Mr. Bartlett led SecureNet’s technology functions, responsible for deploying new technologies as well as the management of development, infrastructure & operations, architecture and security of SecureNet’s end-to-end payments platform. Previously, Mr. Bartlett was SVP and Chief Development Officer for First Data Corp. He led the Global Product Development organization, consisting of over 4,000 staff in 14 countries. Prior to First Data, Mr. Bartlett was SVP and Chief Technology Officer for TD Ameritrade and led all information technology initiatives, including business technology planning, application development, security, and IT infrastructure and architecture. Mr. Bartlett was recognized as one of ComputerWorld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders based on his leadership in managing risk and execution during a key merger at TD Ameritrade.

Mr. Bartlett has served on numerous boards, including Wells Fargo Merchant Services Board; the Wall Street Technology Association Board; NASDAQ Technology Advisory Council; and has regularly been invited as a conference speaker on topics such as Leadership Development, Innovation, IT Governance, IT/Business Alignment and Outsourcing.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology and Management from The University of Maryland.

Marty Smith

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Smith is a seasoned IT executive who brings more than 25 years of experience to GreenSky where he is responsible for the development and support of enterprise architecture, business systems and technology infrastructure. Over his career, Mr. Smith has created technology strategies for multiple high-growth ventures including IPG, ChoicePoint, and The Home Depot. As CIO of IPG, Mr. Smith provided the technology leadership to develop the infrastructure, products and data analytics to secure IPG’s leadership role as the Medical Device Implant Management solution for healthcare. At ChoicePoint, Mr. Smith presided over a technology strategy that supported millions of insurance, public record, background and drug-screening inquiries per day. Mr. Smith was also part of the leadership team in the technology department at The Home Depot during their highest growth years. He helped create the infrastructure that supported the company during a time when it opened a new store every 23 hours, hired 400 people per day and handled over 1,000 register transactions per second.

Mr. Smith earned an Associate’s degree in Computing Programming from ECPI and studied Computer Science at Southern Polytechnic State University. Mr. Smith is widely recognized for his technology accomplishments to help drive business value, most recently he earned the Georgia CIO Leadership award and was in the top 100 for the CIO.COM CIO 100 award.

Lois Rickard

EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer

As GreenSky’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. Rickard is responsible for all areas of recruiting, employee retention, compensation, organizational development, employee benefits, company internal communications, and talent management. In addition, Ms. Rickard oversees the development and nurturing of the corporate culture. Ms. Rickard has over 30 years of experience designing and implementing successful new programs, processes, talent acquisition & development, and training. Ms. Rickard began her career in the banking industry with Wachovia Corporation.

For the past 24 years, Ms. Rickard has been a member of leading executive teams, working in fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial cultures, including WebMD and Press Ganey. Most recently at Streamline Health, she led her team in building a strong culture following a series of acquisitions that changed the size and scope of the original company by aligning the processes, policies and offerings for the business’s future state. At Press Ganey she managed a large HR team, focusing on merger and acquisition diligence and integration, as well as the growth and development of the organization. At WebMD Ms. Rickard managed a team of 20 to help shepherd the corporation through rapid growth during the ultra-fast-paced dot.com era, including the diligence and assimilation of 26 acquisitions. She was part of the executive team that took the online division of WebMD public in 2005.

Ms. Rickard received a BA from Albion College and her Masters from the University of Michigan.

Alan Mustacchi

EVP, Capital Markets

Mr. Mustacchi joined GreenSky in 2014 and is responsible for the Company’s Bank Partner Origination activities. Mr. Mustacchi has over 25 years of Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Syndicated Loan Origination, Underwriting and Placement, Portfolio Management and Accounting experience. Before joining GreenSky, Mr. Mustacchi was a Managing Director at Dresner Partners where he was Head of Retail and Consumer Products Investment Banking and was Managing Director and Head of Specialty Retail and Consumer Products Investment Banking at Navigant Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Navigant, Mr. Mustacchi was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group at BNP Paribas, Vice President and Head of Underwriting at The Bank of New York Commercial Corporation, a Senior Examiner in the Audit Group at Bankers Trust and a Senior Accountant at Koenigsberg Wolf & Co., LLC., a middle market public accounting firm.

Mr. Mustacchi received a B.S in Accounting and Economics from New York University’s College of Business and Public Administration and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

K. Ann Broussard

Associate General Counsel – Litigation and Special Investigations

Ann is Associate General Counsel – Litigation and Special Investigations at GreenSky. She has been at GreenSky since 2015 and has responsibility for consumer litigation matters, pre-litigation disputes and overseeing regulatory investigations and inquiries. Prior to GreenSky, Ann was with King and Spalding as a Business Litigation Group Attorney. Ann received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Xavier University and her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law.

Brendan Keane

Head of Strategic Relations and Capital Markets

Brendan is Head of Strategic Relations and Capital Markets at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2020 leading the origination and funding aspects of our business model. Prior to GreenSky, Brendan was with Dividend Finance as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Before Divident Finance, he was with EisnerAmper Portfolio Analytics, LLC as Senior Managing Director. Brendan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University at Albany. He received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.

Andrew Kang

EVP & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kang joined Greensky in 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the company’s corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, accounting, internal audit, funding & liquidity and investor relations functions.

Mr. Kang has over 20 years of experience in banking and consumer finance and most recently served as Corporate Treasurer for Santander Holdings USA, the $150 billion U.S. bank holding company of Banco Santander S.A., and for Santander Consumer USA, a full spectrum auto finance company. He was responsible for and managed over $50 billion in securitizations, private credit facilities and asset sales and oversaw the company’s asset liability management, capital & balance sheet management, strategic planning, and investor relations functions. Previously, Mr. Kang held positions in finance and treasury at Exeter Finance, HSBC Finance, Capital One and Thomson Reuters and has experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, and internal controls for both public and private companies. Mr. Kang received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Post-baccalaureate certification in Accounting, both from the University of Virginia.

Jesse Davis

President and Head of Home Improvement

Jesse is President and Head of Home Improvement at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2012 and leads the Sales, Strategic Partner Relationships, and Marketing teams for the organization. Prior to GreenSky, Jesse had roles in the home improvement industry with EnerBank USA as Senior Relationship Manager, and Lyon Financial as a Merchant Services Manager. Prior to his career in home improvement finance Jesse founded and sold several small businesses.

Matt Baxter

Chief Revenue Officer

Matt is Chief Revenue Officer at GreenSky, focusing on pricing, strategy, and revenue. He has been with GreenSky since 2014. Prior to GreenSky, Matt worked in investment banking and was the founder of a financial technology start-up. Matt also served as the Economic Policy Advisor to the Governor of Georgia from 2009 to 2011. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia College and a Master’s Degree in Economics from University of Virginia.

Brian Madonia

Head of Audit

Brian is Chief Audit Executive at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2018, materially establishing and directing the Internal Audit Department. Prior to GreenSky, Brian was Chief Audit Officer at YP, a privately held national advertising company. Brian received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College. His certifications include CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor). He has also held various leadership position within The Institute of Internal Auditors organization, including President of the Charlotte Chapter.

Angela Nagy

Chief Financial Officer

Angela is Chief Financial Officer at GreenSky. She has been with GreenSky since 2019. Prior to GreenSky, she was a Managing Director in EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice. Before EY, Angela held finance and accounting leadership positions at NYSE-traded companies. She received dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Georgia State University. She is a certified public accountant.

Liz Phillips

Head of Human Resources

Liz is Head of Human Resources at GreenSky. Liz left GreenSky in 2022 when it was acquired by Goldman Sachs. She was at GreenSky for six and half years then, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. When she left in 2022, she went to Incident IQ as Vice President, Head of People, before returning to GreenSky in December 2023. Liz also spent time at Press Ganey as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2011 to 2015, and has background in multiple industries, lending to a well-rounded Human Resources history. Liz received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in South Bend, IN.

Irfan Rendeci

Chief Risk & Analytics Officer

Irfan is Chief Risk & Analytics Officer at GreenSky. He joined GreenSky in 2022 as part of the Goldman Sachs acquisition of GreenSky. He was with Goldman Sachs for 7 years where was Chief Credit Officer and Co-Head of Consumer Lending for Marcus. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Irfan spent 15 years between the lending businesses of Discover, Citibank, and HSBC on various leadership roles with a heavy focus on analytics and digital channels. Irfan received his Master’s in Management Science from Stanford University and his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in Turkey.

Jennifer Russell

Chief Credit Officer

Jennifer is Chief Credit Officer at GreenSky. She has been with GreenSky since 2019. Jennifer leads GreenSky’s credit and risk strategies. Her team creates, maintains, and enhances data-driven strategies to manage credit, merchant, and fraud risk with minimal friction. Prior to GreenSky, Jennifer was in eBay’s Payments, Billing and Risk group focused on seller and platform risk. Before eBay she served as Chief Risk Officer for Barclaycard Global Commercial Payments following over a decade in American Express’s risk and information management division. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Risk Management from the University of Memphis and her MBA from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Michael Schuman

General Counsel

Michael is General Counsel at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2017 and leads GreenSky’s Legal and Compliance Department. Michael has been practicing law for approximately 20 years and has extensive experience as a general corporate attorney with a focus on representing technology companies. Prior to GreenSky, Michael was with Troutman Sanders LLP and, before that, with Proskauer Rose LLP. Michael received his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.

William Still

Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel

William is GreenSky’s Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel. He has been with GreenSky since 2013 and is responsible for leading the Company’s consumer regulatory compliance management program. William has a deep background in regulatory compliance matters serving in both in-house non-lawyer and counsel positions and as outside counsel throughout his career. Prior to joining GreenSky, William was a Senior Associate with Alston & Bird LLP, where he advised clients on various regulatory compliance matters. William has also held in-house positions at Global Payments as Senior Attorney of Compliance and ChoicePoint (now LexisNexis) as Director of Privacy Compliance and Government Affairs and as outside counsel at Troutman Pepper. William graduated cum laude from Georgia State University’s College of Law.

Minaz Vastani

Chief Technology Officer

Minaz is Chief Technology Officer at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2019 and leads the Product and Technology functions at GreenSky. Minaz and his team supports a scalable platform at GreenSky, that is powered by a proprietary, patented technology infrastructure. Prior to GreenSky, Minaz was Chief Technology Officer at Kava (formerly Kaneva) Before Kava, Minaz held technology leadership roles at Asurion, NextGen Healthcare, Cbeyond and Verizon. Minaz received his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Masters in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin.

Stefan Woulfin

Chief Product Officer

Stefan Woulfin joined GreenSky in 2014 and serves as the Chief Product Officer. In this role Stefan oversees all aspects of GreenSky’s product strategy and innovation.

Stefan joined GreenSky from SunTrust Bank (now Truist), where he served as First Vice President managing the Consumer Banking project portfolio. Prior to Truist, Stefan served as the Senior Manager of Financial Services at The Home Depot where he led the new product development group and managed various consumer and commercial financial products including construction lending, prepaid debit, and the extended warranty program. Prior to Home Depot, Stefan served as Data Analytics Manager at Capital One where he was responsible for leading and supporting initiatives within the Direct Bank ranging from customer analytics and direct marketing campaigns to data warehouse implementations. Leading up to Capital One, Stefan spent multiple years as a consultant providing IT, project management, and management consulting support to clients in the financial services industry including: Capital One, Chase, Citi, and Metris Bank.

Stefan received his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and attended the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
